The dryer is good. The package was poorly designed and attachment was hidden. The box was threw away without seeing the attachment. Sadly I cannot find same attachment to replace. Contact the manufacturer but they cannot help.

I believe wherever you last leave off on the heat setting, and assume to turn it off is where you would begin when turning it back on* Easy Price Point. Snap On Magnetic concentrator included. Airflow Intake unit is below where hand will be. Might find some faults for this design, but will begin to lean in on the fact that it stands in for weight, ease of use, and delicacy versus other priced comparisons.

I wanted a lightweight hair dryer and this is perfect. It is very strong as well and I can dry my long hair in under 10 minutes. It is well made. My old dryers would get lint or hair stuck in the back and this cannot.

This is a terrific hair dryer. It’s a great size and light and yet drys hair quickly. It’s very week made which makes it a real value.

I cannot recommend this product or brand (TYMO) at all. I am a man with short hair and used this dryer maybe 3-4 times/week at most for about 10 minutes per session to dry out my hair and it didn't even last for 11 months of light use before failing. I went to dry my hair one evening after showering and within the first minute of use, sparks began shooting out of the air outlet and the hot air immediately ceased. Since then, the hair dryer can no longer produce heat, and only blows cold. I was meticulous about maintaining the unit and keeping the air inlet filter clean. I e-mailed TYMO about the dangers of this hair dryer shooting out sparks and potentially burning someone's hair or starting a fire and they responded with a boilerplate e-mail, completely ignoring and disregarding the issue. They did not care at all. Save your money and buy something else. You've been warned..

I purchased a TYMO hair dryer, and during a service, it threw sparks all over my client! This is an extreme safety hazard—it could have caused serious burns or even started a fire. As a professional barber, I rely on my tools to be safe and reliable, but this product failed catastrophically. I immediately reached out to TYMO’s customer service, expecting accountability. Instead, they dismissed my concern and told me to go back to the store where I bought it (Best Buy). No concern for safety, no investigation—just passing the blame. If you care about safety, quality, and customer service, avoid TYMO products at all costs. This company does not stand behind their products, and their negligence could put you or your clients at risk. BEWARE: This is a fire hazard waiting to happen! I tried to add a photo of it throwing sparks & it keeps making me restart again from the home screen.

Used the blow dryer for the first time today. It worked really well! Seemed to dry my hair faster then my old hair dryer.
