Perfect addition to my Home Theater installed by the BB Custom Team

I have always used another brand of remote control and thought that I was happy. My new Universal Remote Control seemed large but it fits in my hand like it was made just for my hand. There is a button on the side that turns on a light and there is no trouble reading the areas for the different options. It has batteries so there is not a cradle for the remote each night. I can leave it on my couch or chair and I don’t have to worry about it being dead after a few nights. I can keep my cabinets closed and the remote works without all of the equipment in the cabinet being displayed. I love my new remote!

This system allows for remote control of your system through solid wood cabinet. There is a slight delay in reaction to your selections.

Solid technology. This base station was easy to set up and worked flawlessly. Much better than other products that are currently out on the market. Thanks, Best Buy!

I like this remote, but sometimes it requires patience and a little "working around." It can be slow to respond at times, and I have found "backing out" of streaming service choices doesn't always go as planned (I've had to take a couple of steps backward to get to where I want). Its great to have one remote to handle everything, especially if you don't have to keep you receiver in line-of-sight view,

Base station is necessary for the operation of the URC remote control which operates outside of line of site to my equipment that is located in a separate room

Remote has proved difficult to profile. They had to make two trips and issues still exist. The installer did all he could and continues to work with us to make it right

Clunky remote. RF operates slower than most other operating systems. No previous button. Requires programming from technician. I had to switch from control 4 since it is no longer supported. Very disappointed compared to todays technology.

We are returning the Remote Control System as we did not really need it for our purposes and it is a little pricey. If we expand smart stuff in our house in the future, we may use it then.

VERY glad I purchased this. It is so nice to be able to use my remote in the house with all of my equipment without having to worry about pointing in the correct direction. I was able to put my receiver, satellite box, tuner, blu ray player and other equipment in a nice hidden spot yet still have complete ability to use my remote with it!

Although it takes lots of set-up from the geek squad, this item works well with the universal remote and allows for a very clean look with no set top boxes. If you are going to splurge on an RF system, it's a good one!

This is fantastic. All my devices are controlled on one remote!

The only issue is the touch scree. When the miners are on the screen it is easy to miss use it. Regular push button would be more accurate. The full service experience is good.

Works well and is fairly user friendly compared to others.

Worked just as advertised. Extended the range of my remote and allowed me to hide my gear in the cabinet.

The receiver runs my multiple devices very well. Sometimes the stickers fall off and you have to put them back on the units but other than that it works perfectly.

Great remote. Went from 4 remotes to 1 and now can control everything in room. Much easier now.

Great remote control. Its geared to handle all situations. Takes a little learning but not too difficult. Got my tv and my sonos connected to this.
