The Vaude Astrum EVO 65+10 L Backpack has a Tergolight suspension system with integrated frame that provides efficient load distribution and great stability. To meet the needs of different torso lengths and for a perfect fit on your back, the entire suspension system features continuous adjustability. Padded hipwings are imperative for comfortable load distribution and stability. There are also a total of three padded handles for lifting the bag from a vertical or horizontal position. The pack can be opened almost like a suitcase and is just as easy to load through a large front opening that goes all the way to the top from one side. The large inner compartment features a removable divider, when it's open and attached at the top the space can be transformed into a hydration system compartment. Easy-access space for a map, travel guide or rain jacket in the front pocket. Trekking poles and an insulation pad can be attached as usual on the outside. The lid of all bags in the Astrum EVO Series can be used as a shoulder bag for short trips or as a carry-on for bus travel. To reduce the ecological footprint, one of the two primary materials of the Astrum EVO is made with 50% recycled polyester. This product is made with Eco Finish, an eco-friendly, fluorocarbon-free, water-repellent finish (PFC-free). The Vaude Green Shape label stands for environmentally friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.
