This light is great! I should have gotten one years ago. Its easily portable and takes up little room. Its light is defused enough not to bother those more photo sensitive than I. This winter season I have it on whenever I have indoor activities after dark. Usually its on my desk or as pictured on my game room table.

Bought this light to counteract the SAD season; dark early mornings. So far so good; actually using it right now. Gives you that extra boost when you need to wake up when the mornings are still so dark. I like the 3 levels of brightness. Just wish it came with an automatic timer.

it works. I use it in the morning when I am drinking my coffee and it is easy to use. I keep it plugged in on my countertop where I sit. I am not like running around excessively happy all day but it does help keep my circadian rhythm In balance and I dont feel so dreadful about the weather outside.

So living in the great northwest and have its issues. But this happy light can help and does help fight that seasonal depression. I been us mine for about three weeks and I have more energy and cre bout doing things again. I’m very pleased. I use mine twice a day for an hour each time.

I returned the cheaper happy light that didn’t allow for brightness change, and let me tell you - it was totally worth it. I adjusted the light so that it’s warm AND it’s not blindingly bright. Enjoy having this in my office and excited to use at home as well.

I think this light has helped my seasonal depression. I use it every morning. It is lightweight so I can move it around the house to wherever I am. The cord is long enough to reach most places. It is also durable. I dropped it on my tile floor and it didn't even scratch.

Very easy to use. The device offers many settings to adjust to different brightness and light hues. After using one week at high setting , I feel more energetic and don’t feel the need to nap mid day. Nice product. Instructions were great too
