Happy Winter Light
This light is great! I should have gotten one years ago. Its easily portable and takes up little room. Its light is defused enough not to bother those more photo sensitive than I. This winter season I have it on whenever I have indoor activities after dark. Usually its on my desk or as pictured on my game room table.

works for me.
it works. I use it in the morning when I am drinking my coffee and it is easy to use. I keep it plugged in on my countertop where I sit. I am not like running around excessively happy all day but it does help keep my circadian rhythm In balance and I dont feel so dreadful about the weather outside.
