    Happy Winter Light

    This light is great! I should have gotten one years ago. Its easily portable and takes up little room. Its light is defused enough not to bother those more photo sensitive than I. This winter season I have it on whenever I have indoor activities after dark. Usually its on my desk or as pictured on my game room table.

    Bright Boost for the SAD Season

    Bought this light to counteract the SAD season; dark early mornings. So far so good; actually using it right now. Gives you that extra boost when you need to wake up when the mornings are still so dark. I like the 3 levels of brightness. Just wish it came with an automatic timer.

    works for me.

    it works. I use it in the morning when I am drinking my coffee and it is easy to use. I keep it plugged in on my countertop where I sit. I am not like running around excessively happy all day but it does help keep my circadian rhythm In balance and I dont feel so dreadful about the weather outside.

  • How long does his battery charge last without being plugged in?

    Hi Leandrosilmoreira, Thank you for reaching out with your question! To clarify, the HappyLight® Luxe is a corded model and must remain plugged into a power outlet to operate. It does not contain an internal battery for cordless use. If you are looking for a portable option, we do offer the HappyLight® Halo as an alternative. The Halo is designed with a built-in rechargeable battery that provides up to 2 hours of cordless light therapy on a single charge. We hope this helps you find the right light for your space!   • Is this EMF free? If not, what is the EMF exposure at 12" away?
