Never thought I’d pay up for a refrigerator, but glad I did. This refrigerator is such a statement piece. Unique size and look that you can’t help look at it in amazement. Beautiful interior and exterior.

DON'T DO IT. Spend the extra money on the side by side. This thing's ice maker is a design flaw and will drive you nuts. It spills ice onto the floor every time you open and close the door. Sometimes the ice gets trapped in the track and prevents closing. Big problem. Had to fight to get the exchange for the side by side. Also BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!! The lighting and cooling of refrigerator is nice, but again, get the side by side.

When it was installed the freezer door and the top door did not line up and it is causing a problem with the functioning of the freezer. We have tried numerous times to contact our sales person, Konrad, to get someone out to take a look at it. So at this point I really am not happy with the situation. I am sure once this gets fixed I will love it but cannot tell yet. Thank you

I know it has a cool name, but this refrigerator is total trash. We've had a repairman come out six different times trying to fix several new and several repeat problems. Do yourself a favor and select another "high end" brand.

This is about the roomiest counter-dept built-in I could find per my research. If you want room you need to skip the french door design. The inside lights up nicely and it really updated our kitchen.

Ended up for turning this for the simple reason someone had bought me one but I am sure I would have enjoyed this refrigerator

The fridge we purchased was leaking from the beginning bc it had a hole in the back but we didn’t know it — so everytime the repairman came out, they said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Also the door is way too heavy for a fridge like this and has constantly broken. We have also have a Viking range but that has held up well. However their fridges SUCK and they will not replace an item. You’re stuck with it.

We purchased this bottom-freezer last year in July 2023. Work full-time and have not used much since we have it. It broke 4 times since. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks to bring their auth. service to take a look at it, another 2 weeks to receive the part. waited 5 weeks total to get it fixed. It is the most worst investment I ever made. Please pay attention to this, DO NOT BUY any of their products. You will be regretted. I have 36 in range as well from them. It broke 2 times already.

I would give this Viking refrigerator zero stars if I could. It’s small, the ice maker is glitchy, and the drawers are basically impossible to take out and put back in. For the money, I expected more. I regret making this purchase. Avoid this model.
