Yes it will (how ever you have to have a flash drive with at least 8GB after you instill the new hard drive because you will need to download the newest version of sony's software from there website and save it on to your flash drive then in sort it to your PS4

I’m pretty sure it fit will as the memory case is not much bigger or thicker than a couple credit cards stacked side by side and atop of each other. A better option may be an external hard drive and it’s is very simple plug n play.
