We had the fridge less than six months and it already needed a new board. Have the Best Buy warranty thing and they tell me the manufacturer fixes it in the first year. Then what was the point of paying gobs for a Best Buy warranty they we can’t even use in the first year? Now less than two weeks later the fridge is doing the same exact thing. Definitely would not buy this fridge again.

Just bought this refrigerator last year. Noisy freezer rails were replaced. That's minor. The refrigerator and freezer just shut down. Lights were still on. Service tech said it cold be a control board problem. He restarted the fridge by unplugging and plugging the unit back in. He said if it happens again call him back. Shouldn't have to reset this fridge. How can I have confidence, with a fridge full of food, that this won't happen again? Very concerned about this refrigerator. Otherwise we like the refrigerator. Respectfully.
