Q: My fridge somehow went into showroom mode and my fridge is now not cooling. What do I need to do?
A: Hello Vikki, per the Use and Care Guide, https://bit.ly/3GHxige, This mode is used only when the refrigerator is on display in a retail store. If you unintentionally turn on Showroom mode, the word “Showroom” will light up on the display. Exit Showroom mode by pressing and holding LIGHT and LOCK at the same time for 3 seconds. We hope this helps.
A: I also bought a Whirlpool French Door, but with ice and water inside. I bought from a different vendor. Luckily, I invested in the extended warranty the big box store offered. After 3 different repair companies made 4 different visits -- adjusting the gasket on the freezer, installing a new one, and finally replacing the freezer door -- the freezer still looks like your mom's little box freezer from the '60s. Frost is everywhere, even on the mechanism that turns on the freezer light, which is frozen and does not turn on the light. The store is honoring their own lemon rule, and paying me what I paid for this Whirlpool beauty. My point is, "they" don't make a refrigerator that is not frost free. There is a problem with the unit that you should not have to put up with! I wrote mine off as a lemon, and will move on.

Great Refrigerator!
Very stylish and works great! I love the dual Ice machines and that you can choose to turn one off when not needed which gives extra freezer space. I also love the platter tray pull out, it’s perfect for cakes, charcuterie boards and more.
