We had repairmen out 3 times to fix our oven - twice for a temperature sensor, the third time we called factory service ($200 service call), and they asked for $900 for a completely new logic board, on an $1100 oven! The real problem is probably another sensor on the main logic board. DO NOT SELF CLEAN THIS OVEN OR IT WILL SELF DESTRUCT! We never did. Our oven crashes all the time, giving an 'E' error message, such as in the middle of cooking a multi-hour thanksgiving turkey. I am always running out to the garage to flip the circuit breaker to power cycle the oven. I have to leave it off for 2 minutes to make sure it gets completely reset. On the rare occasion when it cooks something within 30 minutes (like a pizza), without crashing, when I turn off the fan, it is still cycling 30, 60, 90 minutes after the oven is turned off, still starting and stopping the fan. So again, I have to run out to the garage and hit the circuit breaker, otherwise the oven would never stop!

It is early, but I like everything so far about the oven. Installation into an existing cabinet was routine. I will need to order trim for a small gap in the cabinet. Broiling and baking seem to be working great. Warm up and cool down times seem right. An improvement over the older Whirlpool that came with the house. Nice looking. Fan noise is comparable to or less than the previous oven. Has a variable fan noise, no whistling. No problem.

We bought this oven to replace a 25 year old Whirlpool oven that was still working fine but we wanted a second convection oven and the old black one didn't match our new stainless steel appliances. The oven looks great and the size is very spacious compared to our GE Profile range. The oven works very well, cooked our Thanksgiving turkey almost 30 minuted faster than the GE and it came out perfect. The fan does run for a short while but that is normal for a convection oven.

Fan makes a loud sound while heating up or otherwise on high, like its scraping on the side. Probably need to get that fixed under warranty. Otherwise, this oven works well and looks great. I took up more space under our counter than our old GE so we had to move the gas line and electric outlet adding significantly to the install cost. However, the installers indicated that most/all modern ovens would have this issue.

16 yr old oven was flood damaged by Harvey. Chose this model based on ratings, size, convection design, and best price & delivery by B.B, to complement over the range microwave from Whirlpool Gold. Easy self installation, set-up and operation. It’s been used to baked variety of food with good results for 3 weeks and no issues. Recommnend buying extended warranty from Whirlpool online.

Needed an extra oven for the basement kitchen and suits the purpose.

The convection oven feature is great. Cooks food very evenly

My old Kenmoore Convection Oven died recently so I got this Whirlpool one. I was afraid because some reviews said it was really loud but I have not experienced that at all. It cooks all my items as should is quiet and warms up quickly.

We were renovating the house and i have been looking at this oven. I know whirlpool says it all.. but yeah It is a really good oven, and i saw that my local bestbuy had it an open box deal for a fraction of the price and decided to purchase it. It was pretty easy to install, and operate. I’ve never had a Convection Oven, that option alone is worth the price. The food cooks so uniform and much much better than a regular oven. The stainless still look also is very nice. It has a self cleaning option, very useful and it really does a good job at it..

I purchased both the regular and convection ovens and they work great. Easy to use and the convection conversion feature is a nice addition.

Poor User Interface. The delayed start is limited to 9 hours so trying to program it so it is warm for cooking when I get home for work won't work (or else I need it preheat for hours before I get home). Pre-heat takes almost a half hour, Opening the oven causes it to cool and again it takes time to reheat. The display shows the programmed temperature and not where the oven temperature actually is. I tried to contact Whirlpool - 4 chats and 2 calls. No one knew anything and gave conflicting information. Thought about returning the unit except Best Buy wanted a restocking fee that would run several hundred dollars. I tried to elevate my displeasure but got blown off.

Simple and easy to use, and there's plenty of space for all your baking needs!

Very nice oven! Pre heat the thing a few times to get rid of new oven smell!! Once done.....Fired up and made cookies!

We bought this stove about a month ago. Easy to install and its been great so far. I read reviews about how loud the fan was and to be honest the fan is not loud at all. So, I really do not know what they were talking about. love the purchase.

I love my oven, just what I was looking for! Very spacious to accommodate large baking pans/dishes! I read reviews that said this model was noisy, but I don’t know what they are talking about. It’s pretty quiet to me. I’m happy!

This oven replaced an older model that I loved, so it had a lot to live up to. I have been very pleased with performance; heats evenly, oven well insulated, controls easy to use and easy to clean.

Great Convection oven with modern, sleek appearance! Awesome so far...still getting the hang of all the functions since it was such an upgrade from the old builder grade oven.
