It’s a great oven, works in all the ways an oven should. The self clean is easy to use , although the racks are a little hard to put back in. I like the color a lot as well.

We love how this electric stove cooks more evenly than gas. Everything works great--air fryer, convection, oven, stovetop, etc. I would give a 5 except for challenges with the stovetop cleaning. Still searching for solutions.

Needs to come with a manual and recipe how tos when convection is offered. Being older and long-cook raised, need to know how to use convection along with what not use it for. Are the temperatures the same but faster? What about air-frying? I love it came with air fryer pan. Questions I'll have to ask manufacturer but they could incentives for 'only at Best Buy' as appliance purchases would benefit both. Perhaps BestBuy merchandisers will read this? Nah, anyway nice stove recommended by appliance mechanic for my sister and her husband Hanukkah. The old one needed a part that was 300.00 alone and the knob covering panel was getting too cloudy from cleaning for 10 yrs - havent a clue how long previous owner had old stove. Simplicity is a plus for old school-ers like us plus more expensive models had way too many pressure-type buttons to crack! My frig ice and water buttons are collapsing cant imagine those on a stove front edge like another of same brand has. The heat from glimpsing inside then dog paws as they sneak stand on edge after cooling, looking for crumbs to snatch, lol.

I wish I could give this a 4 1/2 rating. This range performs very well... it would be great with some minor tweaks. As other reviewers have noted, the bottom drawer is "fiddly" and made from a lighter gauge than my previous model: you can't open or close it to remove pans one handed. The dual diameter front burners of varying diameters are genius! I would have preferred another 6 inch back burner instead of two "melt" burners. I have not used the convection or air fry functions. To get a uniform look and finish that matched my 2 year old Whirlpool 4 door refrigerator and the microwave and dishwasher that I was also replacing, I needed to upgrade to this model. The three new appliances are great and they look and function so much better than the 17 year old white ones that came with the townhouse! I have had glass cook tops in three homes and love the easy clean surface. I have not had the range long enough to need to clean the oven, but it has worked perfectly.

I love the cooktop. It seems very much more responsive to temperature changes. I really do not like how long it takes for the oven to reach the selected temperature. I'm not crazy about the size of the drawer and the drawer handle is not user friendly. The thing I most don't like is the timer notification. If I am not within 8 or 10 feet I can't hear it and without my hearing aids I can't hear it unless I am standing next to it. Also came with no information about air fry and convection mode which are new to me. I would recommend this stove, with reservations.

Great stove/oven for the price. Whirlpool GOLD has higher end features and bit better look, but this is great at the lower price.

Built in air fryer is awesome! Way better than having it separate and fries more at once. Only issue is that the bottom drawer is garbage, no rollers just unevenly slides out and sticks a lot. Had a control board go bad on different fairly new Whirlpool oven and parts were on backorder and close to the price of a new oven.

It works but has quirks. Slow to boil water, and oven takes forever to heat up. Air fry is nice. Over all we are happy. Just add in time to cook. Previous stove was a samsung. Those are garbage, bit heat quickly

The stove works very well but smoked excessively when it was first used. Not sure if this was due to my wife not wiping the inside first before using. It doesn't do that any more. I like the idea of the melt burner for butter and warming things up slowly.

Great appliance with even heat distribution, both on countertops and in the oven. The only flaw I could find was it took what seemed to be a little longer than my last oven to come up to the desired temperature. Otherwise, works as advertised and a great buy. Would recommend

Whirlpool Range is easy to operate the air fryer is incredible food remains moist and crunchy The stainless steel knobs are east to function and read

Product acceptable would prefer more discrete heating steps for more control over cooking. Not expected to be equivalent to gas stove

Great oven but the lack of information on the operation of controls is very vague and the timer audibly is a joke! You have to be close to the oven to here it go off! Very poorly designed.

Very nice range. The cooktop is a little hard to keep clean. I haven’t yet used all the features it provides but will in good time.

i am happy with this range. It was inexpensive and has features that I have not had before. It works well, cooks timed correctly.

Glass is separated in the one corner, waiting 3+ months for a replacement. The smell when first turned on was toxic.

I love everything about this, the oven just takes a little extra time to preheat the oven. Otherwise I love it!

I purchased this because my last glass top broke. This is a nice glass top oven. It is missing some features that we use quite often like the warming setting on the internal oven. I like that this came with an air fryer. However the air fryer is not my favorite feature of this oven. Still trying to figure out how to regulate the temperature so that it cooks the same as a countertop air fryer.

Still learning all the features, but satisfied so far. Have not used the air fryer yet, that's the next item to test out.
