This is our first experience with a counter depth side by side refrigerator. We had a full size french door refrigerator before. It is very nice having a little extra pass through room in our kitchen between the refrigerator and the island that is for sure. Since we are now empty nesters the smaller size of the refrigerator works nicely with our new lifestyle. Having the ice maker on the door of the freezer gives us an extra shelf on the freezer side which is quite nice. The refrigerator is quiet, keeps proper temperatures and the water/ice dispenser is extra tall to accommodate larger water bottles. We are very happy with our purchase so far.

I Love everything about about my Whirlpool counter depth refrigerator except how noisy it is. It would be perfect except for the annoying ticking sound when it's running. I bought the 5 yr warranty so I will call Best Buy about it & see if it can be fixed. Other than that it's exactly what I wanted.

The overall quality of this fridge is great. The only qualm I have with it is the lighting on the inside seems pretty cheap and oddly located. The measuring water dispenser is a nice function but it's not even remotely accurate.

I like the appearance and shelf organization. I find the water and ice dispensers somewhat difficult to engage.

Our family is very happy with our new refrigerator. Best features: bright lights, easy to clean ice and water dispenser, preset measurements for water dispenser, large roomy shelves width wise. Worst features: No butter compartment!, a little noisier than our last fridge, shelves are short front to back. Maybe not such a bad thing because food doesn’t get hidden and forgotten deep in the back. Overall a good product.

We were too excited when we finally found a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser to replace our 15 year old unit that we didn’t even look at the freezer space. We had to find extra 12x12 trays to use as extra shelving to hold more items. We also have to learn to re-pack bulk items into small packages to fit the space. The refrigerator section had no egg tray and the butter compartment that I’ve gotten used to.

Purchased a larger fridge that we could not get delivered to our kitchen(tight doorways) purchased a smaller fridge and so far we are very happy.

I like the exterior design and its finish. But dislike no place to store butter or eggs.

The fridge is a good value, good for rental or second home.

I like this generally. It looks good, and while it's a bit small inside, it holds everything we need. The water dispenser measurement isn't very accurate (not a big deal, but why have it at all if it doesn't work?).

Nice refrigerator, you really fit a lot into it for it's compact size. Love the new color.

Only downside is the freezer storage is awkward. A traditional top freezer holds way more items

Being I have a size restriction where it can fit, It’s a bit smaller than my old one and some differences I will adjust to. I think it’ll work out fine.
