A: I too found the fridge LEDs too bright. I slid the plastic cover off and placed a piece of aluminum foil inside. Then slid the cover back. It's now perfect. Not glaring bright anymore.
Q: Are the handles closer to a chrome or a brushed nickel sheen?
A: The handles are a silver color (like stainless) and are brushed. It looks as a nice accent color and matches the range handles. Definitely not chrome. BTW the color of the Bronze is subtle. It depends the time of day and where the sun hits it. I have a cream color cabinet and they look fabulous.

Excellent Counter Depth Fridge
The overall quality of this fridge is great. The only qualm I have with it is the lighting on the inside seems pretty cheap and oddly located. The measuring water dispenser is a nice function but it's not even remotely accurate.

A good refrigerator for the price
Our family is very happy with our new refrigerator. Best features: bright lights, easy to clean ice and water dispenser, preset measurements for water dispenser, large roomy shelves width wise. Worst features: No butter compartment!, a little noisier than our last fridge, shelves are short front to back. Maybe not such a bad thing because food doesn’t get hidden and forgotten deep in the back. Overall a good product.
