This washing machine works great. I replaced my 15 year old Whirlpool washing machine with this one and you can tell the difference. It is huge. I can fit a lot of clothes in a single wash and they come out looking great. The setup is very simple. Take the time to go through each cycle and make sure you set it up correctly. I noticed that we forgot to turn on fabric softener for colors and after a load, the fabric softener was still in the tray. It was a simple press of a button. I also bought the matching dryer and it works great as well.

Love this washer! Huge interior compared to the compact exterior. LOVE LOVE LOVE the pretreating station inside the unit! My laundry closet (not room) is tight with no stationary tub to soak or pre-wash clothes. The tap and brush inside the washer is what sold it for me and I have not been disappointed! I use it to wash out the liquid detergent cup too. I especially like how the washer pre-balances the load, dilutes and evenly distributes the detergent! It spins and senses the amount of water needed for each load & the controls are easy to use. It's interior is huge, shiny and clean! The entire top is clear and opens WIDE. So easy to load and empty. However, one small gripe? It does run a bit loud when it's running especially when It's filling on smaller loads. All in all I'm very happy with this washer!

Absolutely love this washer. It has so many cycles including an express wash, is quiet and cleans your clothes, sheets, towels etc. so thoroughly. I finally found a washer that submerges the clothes completely leaving clothes smelling fresh and well rinsed. Love the glass top too as I won't have to worry about rust on the inside of lid like previous washers plus it is fun to watch the cycle. No problem fitting bulky comforters either. Cool feature of running water and scrub brush for pre-treating stains. Great price point too!

My wife and I recently decided to upgrade our washer and dryer. We purchased this washer and the dryer as well. We both love this washer. Its an upgrade from what we had so there is a good amount of diffrrent washing options but I dont believe its overwhelming. It feels like the correct amount of choices. You just select your washing choices then it will sense your garments then add the appropriate amount of water. It does a good job and our clothes feel and smell very clean. I have seen some negative reviews about the water depth and it being loud. First I dont think its any louder than any other washer. I could hear my old one a little bit and I can hear this one a little too. But its not that load at all. Its in our basement and it dosent bother me at all. Second, I have had no issues with the washer not filling up with enough water. Some reviews said when they would wash a large load that the water would not cover the items. I have washed large sheets and comforters and the washer fills all the way up. There is a couple of options as well you can select that add water. Just refer to your manual if you feel like it needs more water. All in all were both pleased with this washer and we would recommend it to anyone.

This washer is awesome. Plenty of water! Agitator! All of the old school features with modern technology. If you are sick of the HE washers that don’t use enough water to clean your clothes, this is the washer for you. Having an agitator AND plenty of water = Clean Clothes!!

Great washer with lots of great features. I have yet to try many out, but the touch screen controls make it very easy to select the different options. The interior is also huge! Holds plenty of clothes. It does seem to take it's time, but the end product is solid. Seems to sense unbalanced loads well and adds water as needed. Best Buy delivery service is excellent, have used on a few occasions now and they do a fine job. Very happy with the product thus far (I do about 1 load per week as I'm a single, successful guy ;) )

Love my new washer. It's easy to use and my favorite thing is that it has a built in sink. Happy with my purchase. It's a bit noisy while doing the cycles.

Great washer. Haven’t learned all digital features yet. Love the look and little chime signaling the end of the cycle. The reason I did not give 5 stars, I haven’t been able to figure out how to add an item once cycle starts. The lid is locked and I can’t add a stray item I find. However I haven’t read the whole manual, so there might be a way. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and do highly recommend.

Very satisfied with my new Whirlpool washer. Really like the push button ease of use operation. See through smoked color lid is a plus and large capacity drum for bulky loads of wash. Horrible washing machine, I wish I knew more about it buying purchasing it. First of all, it makes a tremendous loud noise when agitating. And I bought this not even 3 mo. ago and it already broke. First I put my clothes to wash, went to go check on it an hour and half later and it still wasn’t finished. Then it gave me a error message saying I had to contact whirlpool. I turned it off and on again tried it again and then it said I had to use HE detergente which is all I ever used. Tried it one more time cause I had hope, and it said my clothes were unbalanced when it really wasn’t.. I was not a happy camper. I called whirlpool waited 1 hour on hold with no response I hung up and just requested a service appointment online. I’m returning this and never purchasing whirlpool ever in my life.

We have had Samsung and LG units in the past at other homes, and currently in our main house. We bought this with the dryer b/c the sale price couldn't be beat for a vacation rental home we needed to stock. It's AWESOME. It has a hand wash faucet in the unit and a scrub brush built in that you can pre load with detergent. Far exceeds expectations so far.

DO NOT BUY !This machine does not work at all. It will not let you do small loads or medium loads and even worse heavy loads. I am currently in the process of repairing my machine for the SIXTH time. Whirlpool refuses to replace it. When it decides to wash it will throw load of balance and go from 1hr 1/2 to wash to 2 HRS! It makes loud screeching metal noises. It will work in between repairs maybe 2-3 times. Then the problems vary from not spinning, not draining, going off balance for everything, not sensing and then the famous F7E1 error code. With the money you will spend going to the laundromat you minus well buy a more reliable machine like Speed Queen. You will save ALOT of time and headaches. This has been happening since May! We are already mid August! Don't buy anything Whirlpool related!

The absolute best washer I have ever had. It took me a while to move on to a smart washer because i prefer the top load washers. I decided to get a Whirlpool after a horrible experience with a new GE washer that was a total lemon. I knew I wouldn’t go wrong with Whirlpool, and this washer is worth it, the design is top of the line for quality and functionality.

The Whirlpool Top Load Washer replaced our Maytag Machine after only 5 years. The Maytag continuously needed service to function. We finally decided to replace it and found the Whirlpool which I really am thankful for. It is wonderful, not noisy, does an excellent job. I like all the selections available. We're thrilled with it!

The washer is easy to use with one touch options. Very quiet behind closed doors. Cleans bulky clothing without leaving a white residue. A+ for self cleaning to keeping your washer clean.

Very nice looking and does a great job.I love that it still has the agitator for washing the clothes well with a stainless steel drum. Has a lot of gadgets but is easy to work and is reasonably priced.

Whirlpool is a great brand, easy to use large capacity, nice color very nice higher end washer , had a older model of a Whirlpool and it lasted forever, just decided to buy a new one
