Thus far, the range works well and is attractive from a distance. There are scratches that are under the coating. This means that the range left the factory in that condition. For me, this translates into poor quality control.

Just purchased this range, love the style and easy functionality, however the range door is off center which interferes with opening the right cabinet drawer. Will be requesting service to repair or replace appliance.

So far so good. Only thing is that one of the knobs was discolored from the other 3. Wanted to replace the one knob, but BB said I needed to replace the whole range.

This is a solid stove. I love it! Both front burner are dual and that is genius.

This is an excellent stove for someone afraid of gas stoves. The food cooks evenly and boiling water is fast.

I hate the glass cooktop. I don't want to be cooking and worrying about scratching it. I prefer coil. This range looks nice though. I don't like the feature where it turns off & on, hate it. Expensive.

Best in class. Bought floor model. Was an excellent value and was thinking it was going to be acceptable but not a dream purchase. Wrong. This is simply the best range ever. I dont have natural gas availability where I live. Has always been my favorite because of heat consistency. This is the finest electric range Ive ever had. It is simple to operate. Consistent heat. Easy to clean. No complex functionality but all kinds of great features. Super happy with the quality and ease of use and installation, as I did that myself. 10/10.

The product was awesome however i received it with damage and online staff was not that helpful. Mr Cody at local store made it work.

Ordered this range in May. First delivery attempt revealed huge dent in side from forklift at warehouse. Second delivery attempt showed large dent in steel at rear of unit, not safe to try electrical connections, so straight back to warehouse. Third try in July, no dents. I like the range, as it heats well and fast, and looks good in the kitchen. BUT warehouse staff needs forklift training, as repeated delivery attempts cost BB money and customer irritation at the delays.

Bought this to replace an older Whirlpool. We've been satisfied with the brand so we decided to stick with it. The one we bought was in essence a modernized version of our previous model. The Best Buy delivery crew was very professional, and took great care when installing it. There was no signs of damage when they unboxed the unit, and they had all the tools and accessories needed to do the install. The build quality of the range is excellent. The controls were very similar to our old model so there wasn't too much of a learning curve. We caught this model on sale at a significant discount so that was a big plus as well. It preheats much quicker than our old one. Cleaning has been a breeze so far. The only negative is that Whirlpool doesn't make a trim kit for this model, and previous trim kit won't work with this model (trust me, I've tried them and ended up having to return them.) For now you'd have to go the third party route for a trim kit. Other than that we are very satisfied with this purchase.
