Broke after a week “no water detected, check inlet hoses and water supply” even though it was filling up with water. It wouldnt finish the cycle, however bestbuy took great care of me and i was able to return it and they picked it back up from my house

I'm very so to share this feedback but geek Squad is the most corrupt and unprofessional team, after purchasing it took one month to do partial installation, i still don't have my product installed. for 10 times without any reason the Geek Squad team cancelled the appointment. i purchsed on 28 november 2025 nd now t jnury 9th, 2026, i still don't have the product fully installed. the wrong item has been brought, the team avoid to put the pot under the washer, its going to cost me double to return this or fix it with an other company. i have sent dozens of email to Best buy leadership and Branch i purchased from, none of them responded and when you call the customer support team they just pass you over. very frustrated.

More than 50 percent of bad reviews on Best Buy are based on their move to a 3rd party delivery service by the name of Twin Turbo logistics. I have been a Loyal Customer of Best Buy for 30 plus years, when the delivery service was in house, I had exemplary experiences every time, above and beyond was the standard! That is no longer the case. Twin Turbo shows up on time is super courteous and...that is all out the window 60 seconds after arrival. Alberto states the shut off valve drips after turning it off. Which is inconsequential, especially with a concrete floor, concrete walls and a drain within 1 foot of the washer, you hook it up to the washer, turn it back on, and the drip is gone, you don't need to worry about it until you replace the washer again. In the previous case I hadn't touched the valve in 11 years and had ZERO water issues, not a drop. Because of course it's hooked up to the washer. Who would have thought common sense is important in this job??? I ask him kindly, can you please hook it up, I can have the valve replaced today. Nawh man it's policy, sorry bro. I then follow him outside to request he at least haul away the old washer. Nawh man, it's policy, sorry bro. I then go downstairs and disconnect the valve myself, it takes about 15 seconds. I ask the installer again, can you please now connect the washer. Nawh man, it's policy, sorry bro. They then leave literally not doing anything that I have paid for. I then get a call from Andre, who actually works for Best Buy and was hands down Excellent! He however, informs me, that I will receive zero dollars in a refund even though Twin Turbo did not do their job. I then have to pay my neighbor to come and finish the installation I paid for. What an absolute joke. Also for reference, the last time this company delivered my fridge, they forced it through my doorway damaging the entryway and then lied right to my face saying " hey man that was already like that" even after I pointed out the fresh paint on the new fridge. The washer works fine of course, but if you pay for "Best Buy" delivery service you will wish you hadn't. Guaranteed.

The product itself is fine. Best Buy's service was abysmal. We purchased the washer and a matching dryer, selected to have them delivered and installed. When they were delivered, the installer left them in the basement outside of our laundry room, and said he didn't think they would fit inside our laundry room and that he'd "measured". My teenager and I were able to get the washer and dryer inside the laundry with no difficulty, and I was able to get them installed myself. No one from Best Buy ever contacted me to offer to reschedule installation or make any sort of effort to remedy the situation. This product is available at other retailers, and I encourage anyone who wants to purchase it to purchase it from another retailer. Pros: the washer itself seems like a good one.

I didn't end up getting this item due to the fact that the person that was suppose to just reschedule the delivery and pick up return canceled my order and whem reentering the order messed it up. All I called for was for them to pick up the return on the same day as the delivery of the new washer. What a total mess up
