Pretty good washer. I gave 3 stars because the spin cycle does not spin the clothes like other washers I've had in the past. The clothes come out a little more wet than usual. The sensor for the load of clothes, does not seem to add enough water either.

This washer came programed in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. I had a sec of a time resetting it. Then, the sensor goes round and round...still working on this problem.

It works nicely. It would be great if it actually worked with the app consistently. It doesn’t. No instructions and can’t find anything online either.

Feeling frustrated.

Very frustrating that it came with a manual packet that doesn't explain what "fan fresh" is and how it is used. A lot of information needed with no description of how to use. Even the fry dum cycle is a 4hour cycle. Why??? Can't adjust the time seems way to long. It washed the clothes fine. Nothing to write home about though.

Dyer kept going in to Eco Dry mode, locking controls. Really makes for annoying use of dryer. Seemed to take longer to dry than my previous Whirlpool dryer. Returned unit back to Best Buy. Bought new Whirlpool washer and dryer set.

This unit makes a lot of clunking noises and I am sure it is ready to fail. I turn the drum by itself and it is not smooth. It groans and is only two months old.
