A: Didn't try yet but maybe I have solution... Go into your Whirlpool app and hit shortcut to show all washer features. Then go into utility cycles. I think drain and spin should do it. Hope that works. I've had same issue few days ago so wish i knew about this.

Love it
I noticed a lot of mixed reviews on this Whirlpool Smart Top Load Washer, so I wanted to share my own experience because it’s been great for my household. The capacity is huge! It's t easily fits blankets, comforters, and big loads, which has cut down my laundry time a lot. I really like that it has the 2-in-1 removable agitator, giving me the flexibility to wash delicates without it or use the agitator for deep cleaning when needed. My clothes come out clean and fresh every wash. I’ve seen some people mention noise or balance issues, but making sure it was leveled properly helped it run smoothly for me. The smart features are a bonus , being able to check the cycle from my phone is super convenient. Overall, this washer has been reliable, easy to use, and powerful. For the size, features, and performance, I’m happy with my purchase.

Tons of features PLUS removable agitator!
This washer has so many great options, but we picked it mostly because of the removable agitator. What a concept! This is the ONLY washing machine with that option. I did 1 clothes load with the agitator and 3 bedding loads with the impeller and had no issues with balance or anything (I had read a few reviews complaining of that). It's very nice looking, very quiet & the drum is HUGE! It connected easily to our Fidium wi-fi. The "load and go" detergent feature is pretty cool, too. You just fill the cup and the washer dispenses the amount needed. Also has deep fill, spin-only, quick cycle and more. Love it!

Love my whirlpool smart top load washer
Very diff from the front loader we had for many years. So far so good. Definitely a learning curve. It is just off of my kitchen and I can do a load, eat dinner and not be annoyed. That is good. Much space in the washer to wash a lot of items. I haven't yet used it to wash a large comforter so if need be I will revisit my review. This is one reason I got such a large tub because I wanted to be able to wash a large comforter (queen).
