I just bought this washer three days ago and since day 1 it started smelling burnt and the dryer kept giving error F3 E3. I have a bunch of wet clothes that I cannot dry because the dryer stops the cycle.

Product: Excellent. We've been using the dryer for 3 months now. So quiet. Estimated time remaining is quite accurate after the machine has been running a few minutes and has had time to analyze the load. More dryer settings than we need, but that is ok. Installation: Horrible. Would not reccomend Best Buy for this (or at least not the people they sent to do this installation).

This dryer works great, the only thing is it is not as big as advertised. Samsung claims you can dry a kings sized comforter but it was not big enough to dry ours. Other than that it is one of the best dryers we have owned.

I have a gas dryer and the first few times I dried, some items were still damp so I had to add time. I may have to play with the setting a bit or use the times dry. I haven’t used the de-wrinkle setting yet or the steam but I will soon.

Have had for a month. Only problem is sometimes the dryer shuts off with clothes still wet. I’ll have to read more of the manual. Maybe selecting wrong settings?

Great dryer. It does the job very well and is easy to operate. We are using it appr 3 times week and having it for over 8 months.

It works good but shuts off on its own a lot.. error codes saying need to call technician and then it resets it self.

Fantastic unit. Quiet, efficient. Never had an issue with clothes not being properly cleaned. Bigger is better!

Dryer (gas) rattles and just doesn't dry. A small load on medium heat after 40 minutes is damp. Something wrong. It's a good looking set, but not worth the money/trouble to hopefully have fixed by whirlpool.

All of the new drying options are great. The only problem we have with this new unit is the fact that the "cycle complete" alert is too low, even at the highest level.

My purchase arrived on time and fortunately I had 2 men who were able to take it upstairs for me. They are heavy but also heavy-duty. A great buy!

This dryer has cut my wash/dry times by half thanks to the size and only having to dry once

This is not a Whirlpool that we bought 1995 and stayed in our house and worked perfectly till June of 2011.

Sales person was very good and helpful, Installation folks were very good and very good job.
