let me start by saying this product is great!!, When its working! I received my tonneau cover and then paid to get it professionally installed and it worked for about an hour and then it malfunctioned.. it closed and then the main LEF light started blinking red and it never opened again.. I been in contact with the manufacturer and they made me go through a bunch of troubleshooting with pictures and videos but nothing worked.. I was still in my Best Buy return window but the manufacturer assured that I would get the necessary parts to fix it ..this has been going on since Oct 6th and it is the 23rd and I still have no parts because they are coming from China. I really wanted to return it but I knew it wasn’t going to be easy uninstalling it to do so plus I really wanted to keep the product so the manufacturer has been working with me to rectify this issue and I commended them on that .. they do have an 800 number to reach someone during business hours and they will do what they can to help you but so far I haven’t been able to use the product like I want to because it has not worked for me. I still would recommend the product because of their customer service.
