False advertisement!!! Went to the Best Buy in North Canton Ohio to purchase this xbox for my son for Christmas. He was so excited to get a new xbox. Went to where they have the cards on the rack that you take to the front of the store and the cashier will get you one for purchase. Only to find out xbox doesnt sell this system to Best Buy anymore! Then why did you have the card and the system in the store on the shelf with a price for purchase? They do not accept any kind of military discount either!! Best Buy you have went down hill!! Very disappointed and aggrivated with how this company does business. I will not shop at Best Buy anymore!! Too many bad experiences only for them to make money.

Digital x box sucks . HDMI port is easy damage . This is. My second one in 4 months . I have to rebuy it because I had geek squad warranty for 2 years that I paid 60 and it broke within 3 months and instead of replacing they gave me store credit and 60 I paid for geek squad is gone . No x series available in house over a week so have to get stuck with this mess again . Geek squad is worthless

Product was defective and service was horrible. Terrible process working with third party sellers as well. I have spent a ton of money at best buy over my life but this interaction lost me as a customer. I'd recommend a better system if you all third party products on your website.

Device did not work. Best Buy sent us to a 3rd party. Online customer service was super rude and zero help.

Ordered for a gift left in box till bday took out, xbox packaging crushed, box open and when turned out was already registered clearly a returned item that i paid full price for talked to customer service refused any help on exchanging item. So upsetting

This was $300 for the last 5 years. This should be going down in price not up. Was going yo invest in another ond for gamepass. MS will not be getting my money. Thanks Nintendo!
