If the device has been left plugged in for a period of time and not in use is there any way to get it working again? Or count it as a loss?

1. Can I return it to a Best Buy store if it is unsatisfactory? 2. Does the volume level go all the way down to "zero"? I have another brand that only goes half-way down and I can't listen to most of the sounds.
1. Yes it can be returned to a Best Buy store if purchased there and eligible within BB's return policy. 2. Yes the volume level can go all the way down to zero and to a max of 69.3 decibels.

So with only 6 hours of charge, I'd have to charge it once a day or leave it plugged in?
The Hushh has a battery life of 8-12 hours, depending on volume level and night light activity. One 4 charge a day is all that is needed for the Hushh to run through the night.
