This laptop is the best I have ever owned. It is large enough to easily see everything but very light weight making it comfortable to handle. I thought I would hate Windows 10 because I was a diehard XP user but it is wonderful. It is very user friendly. This computer is fast, easily picks up my internet in poor signal areas of my home, and is simply as joy to use. Thanks Best Buy for carrying this HP laptop and making it easy on my budget.

I chose this laptop for my parents who primarily check emails, watch YouTube videos, and browse the web. It has more than enough memory, is a lot faster than their old laptop, and has a nice big screen for them! They’re even starting to like the touch screen! Great laptop overall.
