This laptop is the best I have ever owned. It is large enough to easily see everything but very light weight making it comfortable to handle. I thought I would hate Windows 10 because I was a diehard XP user but it is wonderful. It is very user friendly. This computer is fast, easily picks up my internet in poor signal areas of my home, and is simply as joy to use. Thanks Best Buy for carrying this HP laptop and making it easy on my budget.

I chose this laptop for my parents who primarily check emails, watch YouTube videos, and browse the web. It has more than enough memory, is a lot faster than their old laptop, and has a nice big screen for them! They’re even starting to like the touch screen! Great laptop overall.

I love my new laptop. Am still setting it up so have not used all of the features yet but it is very fast, love the larger screen. HP has been my choice for both my computers and printers for about 20 years and this one certainly does NOT disappoint!

This will be my 5th personal computer and my fourth HP. It meets my needs and enjoy the large screen

Bought this for my husband when his roughly 8 yr old laptop bit the dust. I needed something that would do the basics like Word, internet searches etc. But also run simple computer games, and lots of memory bc he is a picture hog. This computer has exceeded both our expectations. Setup was quick and easy, connecting to our router was painless, and I didnt even realize initially that it was touchscreen when I ordered it!!! He is still getting used to being able to use the touchscreen but it is great. Screen looks amazing too. Definitely the best bang for your buck at this price point and the reviews were the best overall. Would absolutely buy all over again.

Great PC for a very reasonable price. I don't do anything more than send E mails, watch You tube, play games. It works fine for everything I want to do. Love the big screen.

It's hard to find a 17" laptop that doesn't cost a lot of money. This one has everything I need at a decent price.

After picking up the laptop, which was a good deal for the price, if it had worked, I charged it up, and proceeded to install all the requiredpasswords, and such. The next day I went in and started it up, but it just sat with a black screen, after putting in my password. I waited about 30 minutes and tried again, same result. So I returned it to Best Buy, no problem with the return. The associate turned it on and same thing as at home. It took her about 15 minutes to do the return paperwork, and just as she finished, the laptop came to life. The associate told me that was definatly not right, and finished the return.

Your employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. I can always count on great service if or if not I make a purchase. Geek Squad is the very best!
