I loved this machine! It produced Ice fast and perfect. Not quite like Sonic Ice, but close. It's actually tube ice cut short and somewhat a "wet" ice. However, after about three months I found a piece of the auger had broken off and is in the ice bin. Still love it, but not neccassially durable / safe.

Love this machine! Definitely never run out of ice in the house now & we have a household of 7!!! Great purchase

This product they no longer carry and i can see why. I had it less than a year and it started leakijg and making loud noises. Its a noisy ice maker. I woukdnt recommend at all.
