This was the third time I have bought a MacBook in the last 13 years. This was the only time I had an issue with them. I had an internal hardware issue. I was unable to exchange it for a new one as Best Buy did not have one available.

When I purchased the MacBook Pro online, Best Buy kept sending me notifications that my payment was denied. I used my Best Buy credit card to order the MacBook and it showed that the payment went through successfully even though Best Buy was providing me with conflicting information. The MacBook Pro was delivered is sooner than intended which made me pleasantly surprised. My MacBook Pro had a faulty battery and trying to communicate with Apple Support was a pain and due to COVID-19 I wasn't able to go to a store even in my own state. Thankfully once I was all squared away with Apple Support they only took 3 business days to get my MacBook Pro fixed and sent back to me via FedEx.

Product works great. Disappointed that i didn't get the reward points even though i used BBY credit card. Exclusion is misleading.
