This was the third time I have bought a MacBook in the last 13 years. This was the only time I had an issue with them. I had an internal hardware issue. I was unable to exchange it for a new one as Best Buy did not have one available.

Online Purchase of Apple MacBook Pro 16"

When I purchased the MacBook Pro online, Best Buy kept sending me notifications that my payment was denied. I used my Best Buy credit card to order the MacBook and it showed that the payment went through successfully even though Best Buy was providing me with conflicting information. The MacBook Pro was delivered is sooner than intended which made me pleasantly surprised. My MacBook Pro had a faulty battery and trying to communicate with Apple Support was a pain and due to COVID-19 I wasn't able to go to a store even in my own state. Thankfully once I was all squared away with Apple Support they only took 3 business days to get my MacBook Pro fixed and sent back to me via FedEx.

Product works great. Disappointed that i didn't get the reward points even though i used BBY credit card. Exclusion is misleading.

You’re interested in a MacBook this is the way to start. And of course the customer service from Best Buy cannot be beat by anyone.

Worst experience EVER

I use one of these for work, it's my first Mac, and have been using it for over 6 months. It is by far the worst experience using a computer in my life. No amount of setting tweaking makes it better. I can't stand this touch pad it is too sensitive when I don't need it to be, and the clicking versus tapping is horrible, there shouldn't even be a difference. The keys just feel bad. I've never used such a bad keyboard. I have no faith in it at all, where I can normally trust the keyboard to simply accept my typing. I cannot work this thing. I feel like I have to smash the key for it to trigger, because a lot of times it doesn't register because I'm hitting the keys to lightly. For a $3000 computer this thing is trash. The fans also spin for no reason. I may have like 5 applications open and sometimes it'll just spin, even though I want doing anything intensive. Only way to stop is it too completely turn it off wait a bit and turn it back on. Because a reset doesn't fix it.
