Customers admire the iPad mini's excellent condition, ease of use, compact size, and affordable price. Many appreciate its performance and functionality for everyday tasks. However, some users experienced issues with app compatibility due to the older operating system and reported problems with the included charger. The outdated software was a significant drawback for some customers.
Basically this version of the iPad mini is useless none of the apps I wanted to get for the kids will work because it does not update to ios10. I wanted a cheaper iPad because they are young and will damage it but this was a huge flop.

I purchased this refurbished iPad mini as a second iPad for my grandson. He is 5 and very hard on his electronics...but he loves them just the same. It came in excellent condition (looks brand new!) and runs like a champ. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is really a great buy. I'm thinking about getting one for myself at this price :)

When i bought these iPad i expected it would be scratched or something but it was in great condition and it looks brand new and works good
