The one I received will NOT update to the newest operating software. The version on the iPad is 9.3.5. I tried multiple ways to update - no success. I now have a nice iPad mini that is out of date.

They do not support the operating systems that apple now has. Virtually useless unless all you use it for is safari or calculator. Returned and bought the mini 2 which does support iOS 12.
