Great tablet my boys love it small enough to fit in there hands an not drop.

I don’t understand why Best Buy would be selling these still. They do not support the operating systems that apple now has. Virtually useless unless all you use it for is safari or calculator. Returned and bought the mini 2 which does support iOS 12.

I loved it. Good size and easy to use. I recommend this product. Reasonably priced. Great look.

I was able to use it in classes to take notes also was able to upload my assignments on it . Works well for a great deal

I was very excited to get this refurbished ipad because I read a lot of good reviews. The Ipad was well taken care of the appearance was like new expect for one little tiny scratch. The only problem is that I can't do any updates therefore I can't use a lot of my apps. Very Frustrating

My son broke his iPad mini and I happened to see this pre owned one and bought it. Fair price for an older model

We have 10 grandchildren and wanted to get them more then a small toy for Christmas but less then a Small fortune. We went into the store to order 9 of them (the oldest already had one) it didn’t take 10 minutes I put on my Best Buy card so I have 18 months to pay. They were delivered the day they said they would be and the kids love them. Highly satisfied!

Bought used instead of new since it was for grandson...all works great!

Ordered 2 for my kids. Worst product ever. Cant make an iCloud account because the iCloud is locked, can’t update, unable to get games. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was skeptical on purchasing this item for my 7 year old but I’m glad I decided to. The condition was excellent everything works perfect. I was able to update the iPad to the latest software and my little one was good to go.

I wish I knew that minis do not run on the most recent IOS software systems... meaning many apps are not available. If I knew that, I never would have purchased this device.

I read the reviews before I purchased and was pleased. The iPad works great for the price, I'm glad I invested in this refurbished iPad. It takes a charge good, the battery holds up good. The iPad is working good now and I am able to access internet quickly and with no delays being refurbished and wi-fi only. I recommend this product.

Absolutely nothing worked iOS can not update as per apple of course .. why sell a product that can no longer do anything except turn on ... this was a gift for Christmas and what an awful feeling setting it up the night before it was realizing I now had nothing for my son ... Best Buy won’t allow me to return so now I have this outdated iPad I can’t do anything with you bummed me out Best Buy you shouldn’t be advertising or selling products like this .. yes I realized it was pre owned .. but even still
