    Very ancient! I am surprised Best Buy is still selling this outdated product! I purchased it for my children so they can watch their apps and none of the Apps were accessible. They required a system update that the iPad would not allow! Returned immediately!

    I was looking for second hand ipad, and i saw this in best buy online which the price is even lesser than in FB marketplace. Unluckily, the ipad wont charged. I returned it to the store, and the associate there is very accommodating, and accepted my returned item without any hassle. I know i can always trust Best Buy.

    Still works great after 2 years. I forgot I purchased preowned. My 4yr old has been using ever since and no problems

    I bought this refurbished ipad for my grandson and it didn't work out properly i had to return it because it malfunctioned the touchscreen would not responding to touch so refurbished ipads are a hit or miss
