Customers have good things to say about the Smart Charging System's battery life, noting its ability to power multiple devices throughout the day and provide ample standby power. The wireless charging feature is also praised for its convenience and compatibility with various devices, complementing the system's multiple ports. Many appreciate the device's relatively slim and lightweight design, making it easy to carry. The overall design is considered well-thought-out and user-friendly.
I can’t say enough good things about this system. It comes with adaptors that will allow you to charge just about anything you throw at it. It offers everything from what is becoming the industry standard of USB-C to proprietary connections like MagSafe and those used on Surface products. It even has a Qi wireless charging area at the top of the unit. As robust as the charging options are with what you get in the box, that’s not where this really shines. The level of precision and control you have over charging your electronics with this is incredible. Leave this in your bag and plug in everything you need to while keeping track of the charging status using the ARROE app. From the app you can turn on/off individual ports, check the battery levels of each item plugged in (even some that are not) all while the charger itself works out the best voltage profile to use to maximize charging efficiency based on the specifics of the item itself. Being able to charge everything at once from one plug while charging a backup source is well worth the cost of entry of this unit. And the watch OS support is an excellent add. The design is really well thought out. Everything is accessible from a single side, on/off controls are simple and accessible, the battery is completely removable so you can replace it easily without having to replace the entire unit (additional batteries will be on sale in October), it acts a single point of charge, I can go on. This is a type of design that brings new consumers to the table and keeps them loyal. I do wish there was some sort of control from wearable devices. You can view the battery status of anything connected but can not turn on/off ports. To get the proper profile for charging purposes you will need to add the client and pair each item connected to it. This may be cumbersome but it is necessary to get the best charging profile for the device and will extend the life of both the charging system and anything it is charging too. And the information it provides is well worth the effort. Overall, I can’t recommend this enough. Going overseas and need a single point charging solution and want to leave some charging bricks behind? Do you just travel a lot and don’t want to bring a dedicated adaptor for each piece of gear you have? Do you carry a lot of phones for people on the go? Are you a college student that wants a bit more freedom to work longer in remote areas or where there are no available plugs? Is your battery just terrible and you don’t want to buy a new device yet? This is the answer for every one of those instances, hands down.

The ARROE Laptop power bank is great! At 20000mAh I have battery at the stand-by if I ever need it! I had one of your typical power banks, and they work, but this one is on another level. It comes with a bunch of accessories which is basically equivalent to a universal power adapter, you have most any charger at your disposal. I work between 3 properties and sometimes sit in locations that connecting a charger can be awkward, the charger itself is like a thick notepad, I have a tablet pocket in my backpack that sits opposite of my laptop, I could charger it in my bag if I really wanted, however I like having the charger at the ready and set it besides my laptop using the USB-C cable, I will usually take this opportunity to charge my phone or earbuds. I have a 130W charger I keep handy for travel, and I was able to charge a device wirelessly, plus charge my laptop while the ARROE Battery charges. The ARROE does have an app that you can monitor the battery status and the charge of your devices, I will pop into it now and then to look, however for the most part I pretty much just look at the power indicator on my charging device. It's definitely convenient for the precise charge on the power bank, however a lot of times I will press the power indicator light on the batter to see where abouts I am in terms of charge. If you have the ARROE app installed on a device it will prompt you to unplug your device to improve batter life, this will even come up if you're charging on your dock for example, and not on the ARROE. Overall the ARROE Smart Charging System is a really good charger, recently I was working with a collogue on a project and let him use the ARROE with the Surface charger, and while still using the device, the power bank can output enough to charge. There is a Magsafe charger for MAC laptops, unfortunately the one included is a newer version than what's included on my laptop. If you're travelling with a laptop this power bank is easy to fit in your bag, it does add a little weight, however the size of the battery more than makes up for this!

This is an impressive battery pack that allows you to charge multiple devices at once. The app integration works decent, but has some flaws I'll talk about later Included in the box are every DC plug type connector known to human kind, a long and short USB C cable, and connectors for a surface and apple MagSafe 2. Also included are a charging brick and some international adapters. App integration: The app integration is where ARROE, tries, to shine. In my test over the last week, it hasn't worked as well as I had hoped. You can get a view of battery percentage of each device plugged in, and even some that aren't currently plugged in. Setup is fairly easy, and you initially set it up on your phone. You set specific profiles for what type of device is connected and can get emailed links to help download desktop software. The app allows you to turn on/off specific ports and set up notifications of charge percentage. In my experience, the push notifications don't work very well because they are late. The device itself has to be connected to the internet to be able to sync its battery percentage. If you, for example, are charging a laptop on the go, you won't get updates until you reconnect to the internet and then it tells you that the battery is charged. There is also as setting to help maintain the life of the battery of the device. For example, limit the charge to 80%, rather than charging to 100%. HOWEVER, all this setting does is give you a notification that the battery is at 80% and you need to unplug it. The battery pack is smart enough to just stop charging, yet it doesn't. So, if the device is in my backpack charging, I have to open it up and fumble around and unplug it. Something there could be improved. Performance: I charged an HP X360 tablet, and a 15" MacBook Pro, along with an iPhone. Performance wise every percentage gained on my laptop, drained about 1.5% from the ARROE. I could not get a full charge out of my MacBook, even from a fully charged ARROE pack. The wireless pad on the battery pack is nice, but is sometimes finicky to get lined up to charge since there aren't any labels. Sometimes it took a time or two to get the phone lined up and start charging. Overall: Notifications, as of now, seem more of a gimmick than actually useful. That being said, the multiple ports and ability to just plug in multiple devices and go is very nice. While I cannot charge my macboook to full, it greatly extends its life and I can charge my phone at the same time. The design of the battery is nice as it slips into my briefcase very easily and isn't too heavy. I like this pack, but there is room for improvement.
