I can’t say enough good things about this system. It comes with adaptors that will allow you to charge just about anything you throw at it. It offers everything from what is becoming the industry standard of USB-C to proprietary connections like MagSafe and those used on Surface products. It even has a Qi wireless charging area at the top of the unit. As robust as the charging options are with what you get in the box, that’s not where this really shines.
The level of precision and control you have over charging your electronics with this is incredible. Leave this in your bag and plug in everything you need to while keeping track of the charging status using the ARROE app. From the app you can turn on/off individual ports, check the battery levels of each item plugged in (even some that are not) all while the charger itself works out the best voltage profile to use to maximize charging efficiency based on the specifics of the item itself. Being able to charge everything at once from one plug while charging a backup source is well worth the cost of entry of this unit. And the watch OS support is an excellent add.
The design is really well thought out. Everything is accessible from a single side, on/off controls are simple and accessible, the battery is completely removable so you can replace it easily without having to replace the entire unit (additional batteries will be on sale in October), it acts a single point of charge, I can go on. This is a type of design that brings new consumers to the table and keeps them loyal.
I do wish there was some sort of control from wearable devices. You can view the battery status of anything connected but can not turn on/off ports. To get the proper profile for charging purposes you will need to add the client and pair each item connected to it. This may be cumbersome but it is necessary to get the best charging profile for the device and will extend the life of both the charging system and anything it is charging too. And the information it provides is well worth the effort.
Overall, I can’t recommend this enough. Going overseas and need a single point charging solution and want to leave some charging bricks behind? Do you just travel a lot and don’t want to bring a dedicated adaptor for each piece of gear you have? Do you carry a lot of phones for people on the go? Are you a college student that wants a bit more freedom to work longer in remote areas or where there are no available plugs? Is your battery just terrible and you don’t want to buy a new device yet? This is the answer for every one of those instances, hands down.

Massive power bank for work on the go

The ARROE Laptop power bank is great! At 20000mAh I have battery at the stand-by if I ever need it! I had one of your typical power banks, and they work, but this one is on another level. It comes with a bunch of accessories which is basically equivalent to a universal power adapter, you have most any charger at your disposal.
I work between 3 properties and sometimes sit in locations that connecting a charger can be awkward, the charger itself is like a thick notepad, I have a tablet pocket in my backpack that sits opposite of my laptop, I could charger it in my bag if I really wanted, however I like having the charger at the ready and set it besides my laptop using the USB-C cable, I will usually take this opportunity to charge my phone or earbuds.
I have a 130W charger I keep handy for travel, and I was able to charge a device wirelessly, plus charge my laptop while the ARROE Battery charges.
The ARROE does have an app that you can monitor the battery status and the charge of your devices, I will pop into it now and then to look, however for the most part I pretty much just look at the power indicator on my charging device. It's definitely convenient for the precise charge on the power bank, however a lot of times I will press the power indicator light on the batter to see where abouts I am in terms of charge. If you have the ARROE app installed on a device it will prompt you to unplug your device to improve batter life, this will even come up if you're charging on your dock for example, and not on the ARROE.
Overall the ARROE Smart Charging System is a really good charger, recently I was working with a collogue on a project and let him use the ARROE with the Surface charger, and while still using the device, the power bank can output enough to charge. There is a Magsafe charger for MAC laptops, unfortunately the one included is a newer version than what's included on my laptop. If you're travelling with a laptop this power bank is easy to fit in your bag, it does add a little weight, however the size of the battery more than makes up for this!

This is an impressive battery pack that allows you to charge multiple devices at once. The app integration works decent, but has some flaws I'll talk about later Included in the box are every DC plug type connector known to human kind, a long and short USB C cable, and connectors for a surface and apple MagSafe 2. Also included are a charging brick and some international adapters.
App integration: The app integration is where ARROE, tries, to shine. In my test over the last week, it hasn't worked as well as I had hoped. You can get a view of battery percentage of each device plugged in, and even some that aren't currently plugged in. Setup is fairly easy, and you initially set it up on your phone. You set specific profiles for what type of device is connected and can get emailed links to help download desktop software. The app allows you to turn on/off specific ports and set up notifications of charge percentage. In my experience, the push notifications don't work very well because they are late. The device itself has to be connected to the internet to be able to sync its battery percentage. If you, for example, are charging a laptop on the go, you won't get updates until you reconnect to the internet and then it tells you that the battery is charged. There is also as setting to help maintain the life of the battery of the device. For example, limit the charge to 80%, rather than charging to 100%. HOWEVER, all this setting does is give you a notification that the battery is at 80% and you need to unplug it. The battery pack is smart enough to just stop charging, yet it doesn't. So, if the device is in my backpack charging, I have to open it up and fumble around and unplug it. Something there could be improved.
Performance: I charged an HP X360 tablet, and a 15" MacBook Pro, along with an iPhone. Performance wise every percentage gained on my laptop, drained about 1.5% from the ARROE. I could not get a full charge out of my MacBook, even from a fully charged ARROE pack. The wireless pad on the battery pack is nice, but is sometimes finicky to get lined up to charge since there aren't any labels. Sometimes it took a time or two to get the phone lined up and start charging.
Overall: Notifications, as of now, seem more of a gimmick than actually useful. That being said, the multiple ports and ability to just plug in multiple devices and go is very nice. While I cannot charge my macboook to full, it greatly extends its life and I can charge my phone at the same time. The design of the battery is nice as it slips into my briefcase very easily and isn't too heavy.
I like this pack, but there is room for improvement.

For the last week, I have been testing the ARROE portable battery and charging hub. Overall, I think this is a unique device that should have been invented years ago. There are a lot of portable batteries available for sale but none that I know of that can power and charge a laptop without needing the charging brick. During my week of testing, it performed well but it has some flaws.
Aside from the battery and dock, Inside the box was every connector I would ever need for international travel, as well as every laptop connection I could ever need. Additionally, they included a compact 60-watt USB-C charger.
For my testing I used the charging hub to charge an HP Spectre X360 via USB-C, a surface Pro 7 via Surface connector and USB-C, a MacBook Pro via USB-C, and a Pixel 4 via wireless charging. Everything that used USB-C charged perfectly without any issues. However, the wireless charging and the Surface connector didn't work that well. The Surface connector would stop charging when the computer's screen lock was turned on and didn’t charge at all if the computer was turned off. As for the wireless charger, there is no indicator to help you align your device for charging. Which made positioning my phone to charge almost impossible. But even with those flaws it still performed well.
As for the ARROE App, it was simple to use, and it even emailed me a link to download the applet for all my windows devices. With the applet installed I was able to monitor the battery percentages of all my connected devices to include the hub itself. Also, I was able to monitor charge state and turn on and off the different ports on the hub.
With all that being said, I would recommend this charging hub for travelers and anyone that needs extra laptop power on the go.

Great Power Bank

I've been using this battery bank for a week and noticed that it has a few things to offer differently than most battery banks. Pros and cons listed below with cons first.
Cons
- Power Button (For myself, this was a con because you have to turn on the power bank by pressing a button. When I had the bank in my backpack, I couldn't simply connect my laptop charger to my laptop or phone charger to my phone and get instant charge. I had to reach in and turn on the power. This does save power but an auto shut off and turn on would've been ideal.
- A few ports (there aren't many ports on this battery bank. There is one for input to charge the battery, one USB c for output, a USB a, and a laptop port)
- Battery Monitoring Feature (I do like this feature but you have to download the app and the desktop client for all devices you're connecting for it to tell you what percentage of battery is remaining in your devices. If you have a lot of gadgets such as myself, you'll find that this takes a long time. On top of that, you have to connect your smartphone via bluetooth to see what percentage everything is at. If you're not in Bluetooth range, you can't check at all)
Pros
- Design (this battery bank is very slim. It fits nicely in my backpack barely taking up any space)
- Wireless charging (this helps make up the lack of ports. I placed my phone on top of the battery bank to charge wirelessly when all other ports were taken. You can also charge your watch or any device that supports wireless charging)
- The App (although you have to download the app on all devices that you want to see the battery usage on, it is very helpful knowing all this information. Knowing the percentage of the battery bank is useful and being able to stop charging automatically when the battery bank gets to a certain power level comes in handy when you know you'll need that extra juice for an emergency situation. The Bluetooth connectivity was also quick when the battery bank was powered on.)
- Battery Life (excellent battery life. With 20,000 mAh this battery bank kept my devices charged at all times. When devices are in use, the battery will drain but I made it a full day most days)
- Supported Laptops (the wide range of supported laptops and tablets makes this battery bank nearly universal. The connectors for laptops are specific per brand and I wasn't able to connect my Dell Gaming Laptop but it surely would've not been enough power anyway. I was able to connect my HP laptop and my Microsoft surface tablet. It even includes a magnetic surface charge connector.)
- Bonuses (the battery bank comes with different adapters for different countries in case you're on the go. It also includes longer cables for extending charging range.)
Overall, I think this is a great battery bank for travelers, students, and professionals alike. It'll keep your devices powered and fits neatly in your backpack. The 20,000mAh is plenty of juice to get you through multiple days when all you charge is a phone or watch and can get you through a full day on power hungry intensive days. I now carry this bank in my backpack everywhere I go and ensure myself that I'll never be too far away from a charge if my laptop, phone, and even DSLR and running low on battery.

Great traveling companion

First impression is the unit is sturdy, sleek and intuitive. All accessories needed for travel/home use are in box, and ready to go. I had at least one adapter for each device I planned on using and appreciate the option to recommend adapters which may be neglected. The device fits snugly right beside my laptop, and the weight added, in my opinion, is negligible. Many batteries of his caliber require an additional pocket or have unnecessary girth. Also, because if the kwh, it is TSA friendly!
Upon charging, I followed all necessary app precautions to make sure I was getting the full features that were advertised. For testing, I used a Note 20, a Surface Go and my Galaxy Pro Buds. My note was my main viewpoint for the app. Once connected, The Arroe showed instantly and shortly after, all the devices I was charging. The app itself is fairly straightforward. You see the charging status of each connected device, the battery status of the Arroe and the options available. The options available are what make the app worthwhile, especially the Optimized Charging. I’m not good with keeping up with the “charge cycles” of devices, which apparently shortens battery life. So far, this feature keeps them charged within a safe range for longevity. If this feature works as theorized, it’s one less thing to think about.
When it came to the connections, I didn’t realize the wireless charging capability upon first usage, and assumed I would just be short a slot or two for charging. But upon usage, problem rectified. But, note that on my Note, the wireless charging is standard speed. But, should I need faster, the USB-C provides the necessary fast charging.
While I type this, my Surface, Note and buds case are charging while simultaneously charging the Arroe battery. The passthrough feature was very important for me as I prefer to carry as few adapters as possible. Adequate “topping off” at rest points is a must have feature for optimizing travel time. One thing to note is total wattage. I use a Samsung Notebook that draws 90W. The Arroe adapter provides 60W. The battery charged the devices, but passthrough Arroe charging is disabled due to power draw. This is fairly self-explanatory, but it’s something to be cognizant of when choosing device charging priority.
The final thoughts revolve around accessories for the future, namely purchasing a spare battery. Thais a great feature for longer travel routines when power outlets are guaranteed. I will be purchasing another. Just for reference, the batteries are lightweight and very sleek. Not much space needed to carry.
So, in short, this is an amazing travel companion. I would definitely recommend. Happy travels.

Comes with everything you need, including a charger and cables for nearly everything, which makes this a good buy if you need the cables and charging block anyway. The form factor is nice, it slips into a backpack or messenger bag easlily. Overall has a good build quality. I also had a good experience with the support team while they worked with me to set up a charging profile for my laptop. The app sets this device apart, allowing you to track charging for multiple devices, but It can be a little finicky about updating the battery status properly. Very happy with the purchase!

At school, I’m always carrying my laptop, iPad, and phone. With some classes still being online, its great to know that I have the ARROE battery pack for emergency charging. I’m primarily using it with a 2017 MacBook Pro, but it works really well with older MacBooks with the MagSafe connector (which is included in the box).
Pros
-Easy set-up with the ARROE app.
-Notifications when devices are done charging.
-2 USB C charging ports (1 with 60W charging).
-Slim and light design that fits almost anywhere.
-Convenient wireless charging for phones or any device that can charge wirelessly.
-Multiple cables and accessories included in the box.
-Holds enough charge to get you through the day.
-Battery pack recharges fairly quick.
Cons
-Plastic shell is a little soft and I do worry how it will handle over time.
-Ran into some issues with the ARROE app on Mac. Seems to always log-out and doesn’t seem to work that great.
Overall, I really like this power bank. For any traveler or college student who is limited in space, the ARROE is the best choice. I’m very excited to see what other devices they come out with.

I primarily use this with an iPad Pro 12.9 instead of a laptop and it works great. I've used this to charge a friend's laptop via the DC port and can confirm that works as advertised as well. The ARROE gives my phone, earbuds, camera and iPad all day battery life. Having wireless charging available is super convenient when all your ports are taken up. The app is pretty easy to setup and to use to view the charging status of your devices and the ARROE itself. I can't say I find the charge status of the devices all that useful as I can just look at the device itself but I suppose it could be useful if you had to step away from your stuff for a bit. I appreciate the included international charger adapters, they feature a unique design and are well built. The included cables feel excellent too. My only reasons for 4 stars are that I cannot find a place to order extra battery packs and that my first unit did have Bluetooth connectivity issues. Dealing with support was easy and they seamed genuinely concerned and eager to fix my issue but I ultimately needed a replacement unit. This is a great setup for power users on the go especially if you have a modern ultrabook or power hungry tablet.

So far I am loving this battery pack. The capacity of the device is impressive at 20,000 mAh. There's two things that are very different between this battery pack and any other that I have used. The first difference is the size/profile. It is not small enough to slip into a jacket pocket or anything. It is more like a tablet size, with the thickness of a thin laptop. I found that I can rest my laptop on it while charging very easily. Also, the size and shape allows you to slide it into laptop sleeves/pockets in backpacks and luggage. This makes it convenient for travel since it packs/travels very similar to a book or ipad. The 2nd biggest difference is that it's a smart battery with bluetooth/app support on your phone. While the battery is on, you can use your phone app to see the remaining battery life and overall status of the battery, estimated time left to deplete or charge, etc. The adapters and charger tips that come with this battery are extensive, but it is definitely geared more toward consumer laptops, ultrabooks, tablets, 2-in-1's, etc. It did not have a compatible tip for my ASUS gaming laptop, but that was to be expected. It should work fine with most laptops with USB-C charging ports. It also fast charges my Pixel 5 without any issues. Overall highly recommend this battery for its capacity, features, and convenience.

This battery bank is the size of a tablet but it's lightweight. Arroe gives you 12 different ports for different laptops. You have to use your own cables for the other devices. You do get a USB c to c cable. So for you to properly charge your laptop you need to open the email they send you and follow the instructions. You can also buy more battery cartridges and they have a nice 4 led indicator.
