It’s pretty decent if you don’t need more that 100Mb to user on internet.

I bought this after our previous modem-router combo stopped supporting parental controls, leaving us with clunky options to control access. Installing this was a cinch. Initially I installed it as an access point, but I was unable to access the parental controls. I switched it to router mode, and two minutes later, we were up and running. So far my impression is good coverage for our fairly large-ish house.
