In general I'm very happy with my new Asus TUF A 15. The computer is an excellent value and handles Microsoft Flight Simulator smoothly with a combination of "high" and "ultra" settings. Very impressive. I've read reviews complaining about a dim and washed out display. Perhaps if you measure it against benchmarks or put it along side a higher quality display you'd see a difference, but I have no problem with the display. This complaint is way overblown. The only negative I've had so far is that the cursor freezes for a second or two everysooften. It's annoying, but something I can live with until I get a fix. I understand I'm not the only one with this issue. To sum up this computer is a real bargin and should handle just about any modern game.

This is a very good computer for the price and specs. AMD Ryzen 7 plus RTX 2060 is a very good combo. It is well built, not too heavy. The My Asus and Performance Crate are great and simple to use. I did unfortunately return the computer due to the screen. It is matte and was not bright enough for me. If it was brighter with more clarity, I would have kept it.

The laptop has excellent specifications for the price. Getting an RTX graphics card in this price range is excellent. The 4800 CPU is also a very powerful considering the price point. The overall construction of the laptop seemed good as well at first. Unfortunately, when I bought the laptop new from Best Buy, the LCD screen was broken straight out of the box. Best Buy could not replace/offer alternatives for the laptop even though they sold it damaged to me. ASUS offered to fix it under warranty, but beware they had the laptop for 3 weeks now and they have yet to start repairs even though I reached out to them multiple times checking on the status. ASUS stated it would be at least another month for repair, resulting in a total repair turn around of almost 2 months. They offered to extend my warranty to make up for the time I couldn't use my new laptop, which is fair. In the meantime I am still out of a computer though, which is frustrating. I never had this many issues with ASUS support service before, so I hope it is just a fluke. Just be aware that you might recieve a damaged product and have to wait very long to get it fixed. Given all the issues with my purchase, I can neither recommend Best Buy or this laptop from ASUS.
