The phone is a nice phone, especially for the price. It would be a good first phone for anyone who has a little experience with basic cell phone skills. BUT... and its no fault of the phone, I bought it for my 90 year old mother as her first cell phone. She's a smart woman and has her wits about her but she doesn't get the app thing and sliding your finger to go up and down and side to side just wasn't workin for her, lol. So I got her the 20 dollar flip and shes happy with it.
