Apps I have always downloaded can't be downloaded. It has no service, which is odd because I stayed with boost and other phones had better service!

8 GB is not enough memory for any modern phone

Many apps cannot be moved to the sd card, and the operating system itself takes up a huge amount of the already small 8 gb. This phone has great specs besides that for the price, but the 8gb makes this only useful as a barely usable phone...
