My husband and I decided to purchase this elliptical recently and what a joy!!! It took about 4 hours for my husband to put it together because he took his time (probably would of been 1/2 that if he rushed) and I love it!! I weigh in at 250 pounds and I’m 5’ 6 1/2” tall. I also have 2% cartilage left in my right knee. My husband and I are beginning a strict exercise/diet program at home and this machine is a start! I have no pain in my knee on the elliptical (when I take my time getting use to it) and I can move fast without the machine shaking. It’s extremely durable and I can tell will be very reliable for the years ahead. Keep in mind this is a heavy piece (love that) and will require help to lift and patience to put together! Well worth it in the end! HUGE shout out to my Best Buy home advisor Mr. Richard M. If it was not for him...we would not of made the purchase! Thanks Best Buy! :)

If I could give zero stars, I would. After a delay in shipping and delivery, I received the machine and set it up. Imagine my chagrin when the machine would not power on. Bestbuy refused to address the situation and told me I had to deal with the manufacturer. Four months later and the machine still has not been repaired. What’s worse, Bestbuy LIED about the extended return window and refused to take the machine back during the holiday return period. Do not buy this product, and especially do not buy it from Bestbuy!

Like most folks out there, I had that little tag on my keychain that charged me anywhere from $35 - $200 (depending on which gym). Not that I used it very much, but that didn't stop the monthly fee from coming. Not everyone will be like me, but I mostly only went to the gym to grab an elliptical, I have a BOWFLEX dumbbell system at home and some bands which gets me by on P90X. Now, more about the Bowflex - BXE216 Elliptical. Delivery When the product is delivered in a massive shipping box so heavy that I was unable to move it. I took the approach of opening it and grabbing each piece by piece, ripping the Styrofoam apart until I got down to the Flywheel. This made it way easier to handle and move it to my upstairs bedroom Installation Compared to other Ellipticals I have put together, this one was straight forward. I used the included instructions along with watching a YouTube video from BOWFLEX on the assembly. After a few hours and some help from a family member, I was able to piece this together without issue First use I'm 240 pounds and 6' 5", when I got on and started moving there was squeaking which irritates me to no end. I looked up online a few suggestions on tightening the Flywheel bolts and using the included lubricant on the joints of the machine. None of this seemed to stop the noise from happening. Oddly, when my wife tried it, she did not get any squeaking noise. The next day....an actual workout "Fat Burn" I jumped on a dedicated myself to the Fat Burn 30 min cycle, after 5 mins, the squeaking stopped altogether. I guess I just needed to work it in a little bit which makes sense. No more noise and very nice an stable smooth ride. I got a great sweat going and could feel the pro performance of the machine. I am looking forward to tomorrow's workout! Overall, I rate this elliptical 5/5 stars for the pro quality of the material and performance, ease of use and assembly, and Best Buy's amazing delivery service of the unit.
