I waited for installation on 3, YES THREE, different days, ALL DAY LONG: Day 1: no arrival, no call, yet I was getting text messages a tech was due at 11:55 - after 4:30, nothing! Apparently they didn't have the right "phone #" or right "address" although the texts came through fine and the address was correct on the paperwork. Day 2: I had called to reschedule on Day 1 for this next appt. to be from 12-4pm. They texted that I was scheduled for 4pm-8pm without my knowledge. I had to reschedule again. Day 3: No one showed, called, or texted me so I contacted Best Buy to be told the third party installer cancelled my appointment. I had no notice, call, or text and waited ALLL, ALLLL, ALLL DAY LONG - ONCE AGAIN! Horrid service and I will never buy another product from Best Buy - NOT EVER!
