It's a great item for kids however display resolution needs improvements

I bought this DVD player for my kids for our vacation! I hooked it up and it would turn on, but not play any movies!! It would start the previews and then shut off. I would love to return this product and get my money back, but the box is long gone! It's complete junk!

Like the feature of using a remote to control from the front seat. Great for long car rides
