I bought this DVD player for my kids for our vacation! I hooked it up and it would turn on, but not play any movies!! It would start the previews and then shut off. I would love to return this product and get my money back, but the box is long gone! It's complete junk!

Made the mistake of not buying warranty. Bought in July online. Was not used till first week in August on a trip for grandbaby. Worked good for a couple of weeks then started showing "NO DISC" on the screen when a disc was inside. Made horrible clicking noises. Looked at new DVD and it was scratched up. Put a different new DVD in and it would not play and scratched it up. Took back to Best Buy on Sept. 3 because I was told by Geek Squad to bring it in and they would fix or replace. Drove 1 hour to store to be told I had to take it to another store that had car/audio. Drove there and was told no that I had to deal with Craig directly since it had been over 14 days since purchase. Guess I'll see what Craig tells me when I call them tomorrow (today is Holiday). In the meantime I have a sad grandbaby with no cartoons in the car!
