1. The computer came with Windows 10 not activated. I was charged and computer was shipped out. This is a work computer, so during this time I could not work efficiently; meaning I lost money. Geek Squad was very helpful and I got computer back. Best Buy has not even apologized or, as I am sure, even been made aware of the situation. 2. The track pad is monstrously terrible. I keep trying different settings, but the mouse just goes haywire. No one seems to know why. Great. Once again, this is effecting my work, livelihood, and overall life. I will never buy from Best Buy again and most certainly not entertain the same brand of computers.
