Did not work out of the box. The machine would not boot up and acted as if it did not have any drives installed. CybertronPC attempted to help by sending a link to download Windows10 to install with a flashdrive. 3 hours later the download completed and it still did not work. Their resolution was to send a call tag for 2nd day back to them for repair and 2nd day back to me once repaired. I asked that they ship next day air and they refused. I was not happy with their response so I called Best Buy customer service and told them that I would rather return and get something else. Kudos to Best Buy for doing the right thing and allowing me to return the unit.
