I am very good at learning & using software but computer set-up and connections usually baffle me. I haven't even had to ask for help yet! Only a few weeks in to using it, but so far I have no complaints. I intend to focus on learning graphic design with this computer, and I haven't actually started that, but all the elements I expect to need for that look wonderful. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Right out of the box it didn't work. The cord would light up when plugged in the wall but when you tried to connect to computer it would go off. Took it back, they said they would reorder and it would be in the store in 6 days. Went to pick it up on the sixth day and they said no one ever put an order in for it. They then stated they couldn't find another one. Needless to say worst Best Buy experience!
