i was looking for a cheap computer tower, so i bought this refurbished one, its a great price, ive had it for almost 7 months been working well, there isn't much loaded on the computer software wise, office 365 only works for a month then it quits working unless you buy it, but over all if you want a cheaper computer with windows 10 and an upgrade from an older computer than its a good buy. the only other thing is best buy doesn't service the unit, if it needs warranty work you have to deal with a company in new jersey,luckily i haven't had to use it....

Great price for this desktop. Easy to setup.The 6 month free virus protection was a plus.
