good computer, good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i was looking for a cheap computer tower, so i bought this refurbished one, its a great price, ive had it for almost 7 months been working well, there isn't much loaded on the computer software wise, office 365 only works for a month then it quits working unless you buy it, but over all if you want a cheaper computer with windows 10 and an upgrade from an older computer than its a good buy. the only other thing is best buy doesn't service the unit, if it needs warranty work you have to deal with a company in new jersey,luckily i haven't had to use it....

Dont buy this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my son for his birthday and he was so excited opened it tonight 12-11-18 and the hard drive is bad what a disappointment as a parent to see you're child's birthday ruined! Dont buy refurbished from them. And the mouse was broken from the weight of the tower.

What showed up is a form factor case with similar specs, but I ordered because of it being a full tower. I was intending and upgraded video and power supply but form factor case made it useless. I drove it right back to the store.
