Excellent system. Nervous about buying a refurbished item but that was all put to rest. The computer is fast, efficient and does all the work I need. Enough storage and with the SSD starts up really fast. It filled my home computer needs for a bargain price!

The unit was sent to my home - outside box was in good condition, however upon opening the box it was noted that there was very little real packing and unit was only in plastic bag -had received a dent on one side -- took it to local Best Buy Geek squad for set up and check out -- it was determined that no internal damage so am using the unit.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PC BUT IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. NOT TO MENTION I HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO GET IT BUT ALSO THEY HAVEN'T INSTALL NEITHER THE WIFI OR THE BLUETOOTH ADAPTER ON IT. I COULDN'T EVEN GET TO THE SET UP PROCESS SINCE I CAN'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE TO GET IT CHECKED AND THEY SAY, THEY DIDN'T INSTALL THE CARD ON IT. THE CARD SLOT WAS EMPTY. THE STORE MANAGER ADVISED ME TO RETURN IT AND ORDER ANOTHER ONE. I TOOK HIS ADVICE AND DID IT. BUT WHEN I GOT HOME TO REORDER, THE PRODUCT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTING...
