I read a poor review but that was based on a DOA which can happen to anybody, so it wasn't a fair review of the product. Instead I took the advice of a very savvy associate and went for it. I'm not a gamer but I wanted a machine powerful enough to handle hobby-level video and audio editing. This machine handles it without breaking a sweat. Plenty of FAST ram and processing speed. With HDMI and plenty of high speed USB ports this machine is doing everything I need it to, and more. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this PC.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Opened the box and tried to set it up before my husband got back from walking the dog only to find the PC would not turn on. Totally blank screen. Called ASUS support but no luck. Had to send it back. I actually bought this computer instead of iBUYPOWERr PC due to the iBUYPOWER poor reviews of DOA machines. Really deserves 1 star but ASUS and Best Buy customer service was not stellar but decent.
