The chrome on the top handle where you open the door is tarnished. A lower corner was mashed in. There is damage/dent to the inside where the door meets. I return it, but have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. Also had to pay $12 to UPS to come pick this up because it's too large to fit in my car. Seeing all the poor reviews on here due to quality control issues I'm shocked Best Buy still carries this.

Working perfectly as a second freezer for the times you need just a little more space.

I needed a freezer that would fit almost anywhere, because I was finding my kitchen freezer was so packed with food that I was practically emptying it when I wanted something from it, because I couldn't find things. Now with this in my basement office (its good looking and quiet) I have enough room to keep frozen things relatively organized and not so jumbled and packed in.
