A lower corner was mashed in. There is damage/dent to the inside where the door meets. I return it, but have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. Also had to pay $12 to UPS to come pick this up because it's too large to fit in my car. Seeing all the poor reviews on here due to quality control issues I'm shocked Best Buy still carries this.

Now with this in my basement office (its good looking and quiet) I have enough room to keep frozen things relatively organized and not so jumbled and packed in.
I would recommend this to a friend Packed by a gorilla and didn't last 2 years.

I did not return it because I really needed a freezer and it worked. Now it doesn't even work properly anymore. The thermostat will shut off the compressor and it won't turn back on until the temp gets to close to 30F. Judging by the other reviews, mine wasn't the only one packed by a gorilla, but I doubt the thermostat failure was due to mishandling. It is just poor quality.

Also, picked it up curbside to avoid shipping damage after reading other reviews, but it was still dented in spots (nothing that's hindered operation, though), with a strange piece of ducktape across the bottom, which seemed to need to be left in place.

Second time a charm

Major dent in top corner. Once it was returned and the 2nd one arrive, I've been happy ever since. It works like a charm, holds just the amount of frozen food as I need it two. Basically doubled my refrigerators freezer. Would have given 5 stars except for 1st one.

Damaged right out of the box

Contacted Best Buy customer service and they are sending a replacement and having UPS to come and pick up the damaged Freezer. That's good just, I was excited to get it early but now I have to wait another week or so before I can put the money I spent to use?

I had the 2 year protection plan. called up best buy for repair service and they told they don't come to the house to repair it, I have to take it into the store. I bought the freezer from them. They should come to the house!!! It's not lightweight that I can just pick it up and carry it! I'll never buy another appliance from them!!!!
